Chontelle's Girl
Clothing
For Chontelle....one very cute little pair of red mary jane shoes. My two younger kiddos saw these and squealed :o) A little girl's dream shoe I suppose :o)
This is ensemble number 1 for Monica's gal. The reds are so pretty. I love the jumper fabric :o)
Two Customs Started :o)
I have begun two very special custom orders. Today is where they split off and start taking their unique traits :o)
This first image is of Chontelle's little girl. Her arms are soft and floppy :o) but definitely NOT button jointed just the way you requested. Her clothes will be finished in a little bit here then its her face and hair...and of course her sweater.
This is the first image of Monica's gal. This gal is going to have quite an extensive wardrobe...as well as some absolutely luxurious hair :o) She is off to a wonderful start.

Sierra
I had to show her off. I had this urge to make this gorgeous girl for a while now and I finally got her done :o)
She turned out so well, I had to share :o) She looks every bit how I envisioned her.
She will be posted in the shop this Friday

Wolfe - Almost finished
His shirt is done. It was tricky but in the end, it worked out well :o)

His pants turned out Wonderful :o)
Here is an image of the "before" My task...to downsize these to fit our doll. I have to admit, I was a bit nervous at first...
Here are the finished pants on our doll :o) I think you will agree...they worked out wonderfully :o)
Wolf Day 4
His hair is finished. I left it a bit long, I thought it looked cute this way, it can be trimmed shorter though.
With his tan skin and his sandy hair, he definitely reminds me of a Californian :o) In fact, he reminds me of someone we used to know...a surfer friend from SoCal :o)
More later.

Wolf Day 3
His hair is beginning to take shape.
The hair for boys is done slightly different from the girls. I begin with a loopy crochet cap using the base yarn then move on to add the different yarns strand by strand.
here is a close up of phase one of his hair.

BTW, sorry about the picture quality...I can make dolls extremely well, but photographer...I am not :o)
Tomorrow...his hair.
His hair will be a mix of yarns and some variation of color. Of course there will be images :o)

Pretty Dreamer
Every now and then I come across something awesome and have to share it. This is one of them :o)
Pretty Dreamer is a fellow Etsy shop. Pamela makes some of the most innovative wooden toys I have seen.
We couldn't resist and had to buy the toaster...wow! amazingly well made, and my kiddos love it :o)
I included some other pics here of some of her other items...drop by her shop and check her out for yourselves, you will not be disappointed.
There is a link to her shop in my sidebar :o)
